In my professional life, I've carved out a niche as an innovative and customer-focused SaaS product manager. I've had the privilege of working with organizations of all sizes, tackling challenges related to retention, satisfaction, operations, automation, and revenue generation. Collaborating with teams from UX, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success (and everyone else I might have missed) is something I truly enjoy. 😀
